Not all of my Facebook Pages are showing up!
When you connect your Facebook account to FPTraffic, all of your Facebook Pages should be available to add to FPTraffic.
However, sometimes that is not the case. If you noticed that some of your Pages are missing from FPTraffic, we have an easy fix.
First, follow these instructions to try to add them:
If you do that and some of your Facebook Pages are still missing, follow these instructions:
Resetting Your Facebook Token for the FPTraffic App
You will need to simply remove the FPTraffic App from your Business Integrations in your Facebook Settings and then reconnect:
IMPORTANT: None of the data on your FPTraffic account will be lost by doing this. Once you reconnect, all of your Pages, posts, schedules, etc. will be exactly as they were.
1. Go to: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
2. Remove the FPTraffic App from your Facebook account (just the app. Do not check the box to remove content).
3. Once removed, go to: https://my.fptraffic.com/connect/pages
4. Connect FPTraffic back to your Facebook account and select all the Facebook Pages you would like us to manage.
